LID - Scheduled visits begin with a quick look-over to be sure the hot tub lid is in good shape and securely fastened.
WATER - Next we check the spa water for clarity, scent and water level. If a hot tub needs draining, we start by photo-documenting the condition it’s in, then pump the water out.
CHEMICALS - If the spa water appears clear and acceptable, we use test strips to make chemical adjustments; (ie., Bromine, Shock, Alkaline, pH, etc.)
FILTERS - One of the most important things about maintaining a hot tub is the filter(s). We take extra care to keep your filters clean and effective.
MAINTENANCE - In addition, we wipe down the tub, vacuum or skim debris, top off the water level if necessary, and check the jets and control panel temperature.
COMMUNICATION - We pride ourselves on prompt communication either by phone, text or email. In the vacation rental business with back-to-back bookings, we realize what a difference a few hours can make. Our clients often tell us how appreciative they are.
SCHEDULING - We work around your needs. Most tubs can be serviced with a 24 hour notice although we prefer working with a calendar for rental bookings or a set agenda for private tubs.
BILLING - Fees for cleaning and draining are based on the size of the hot tub and the water supply.
